How can I connect one funnel step to another?
You can connect icons or funnel steps together using arrows. Here's the article on how to.
How can I add text to my funnel?
Click the A icon located on the upper left corner of your dashboard to add label / text to your canvas. See this article for more details.
Why can't I remove the dotted lines on my canvas?
You need to click the ghost line icon again to toggle it on and off. Check this article on how to use it.
What is the difference between Ghost lines and Arrows?
Arrows are use to show direct traffic between the two steps while Ghost line shows Indirect traffic. Ghost lines are commonly used for emails that were sent to users after signing up to a page or connecting active steps to offline steps. Check out this article to learn more.
I want to add custom icons to my funnel. How can I add one?
There are two ways to add custom icons.
For Free Users:
- Click the gear icon of the icon in your canvas.
- The right sidebar will appear. Scroll down and select Icons.
- Click Upload Custom Thumbnail and upload your image from your computer.
For Pro Users:
- Click the 'Icons' button in the left nav bar of your dashboard
- Click 'Create Folder', give your icon a name, and click 'Create'.
- You will then see the new folder you created appear, and then you can click on the upload button in order to upload the icons you want to use to the folder.
- Next, Choose one of these icon types: Page,
Traffic Source or Offline.
- Save your Icon.
Note: we only support PNG and JPEG image formats currently.

How can I use my funnel again for another project?
You need to save your funnel as a template first to edit and reuse it. Please refer to this article on how to create and manage your templates.
Can I share my funnel?
Yes! Easiest way to share your funnels is by Clicking the share icon located on the top right corner of your canvas near the save button. Just copy the URL and you can now share it to another user.
Note: The user who you are sharing with must have a basic Funnelytics account.
I cannot see parts of my funnel in one screen. Or, my funnel always appears small.
Have you tried the zoom in and out feature? It is located on the upper part of your Dashboard to edit your map view. You can also select fit to screen. Check out this article for more info on how to use the function.
How can I print my funnel?
You can export your funnel as PNG and PDF. Please refer to this article to learn how to do so.
Why didn't my funnel save?
Make sure to wait for the GREEN 'Successful Save' notification to make sure that changes are reflected in the system. We do not currently have an auto- save capability.
Note: We are unable to recover funnels that were not correctly saved
