Note: In order to Track in Convertflow, you must be on a paid account.

There are 2 main widgets that Funnelytics can track in Convertflow, their Landing Pages, and their Form Submissions! Both require the Funnelytics Tracking Script, but need to be installed differently!

If you're tracking a Convertflow Landing Page - keep reading, if you are tracking a Convertflow Form - skip to the Form Submission section of this article!

Installing Funnelytics on a Convertflow Landing Page

Part 1: Installing the Script

Step 1 – Copy Funnelytics Workspace Tracking Code

At this point, you should already have created a Workspace and a Funnel with at least 1 page step in your Funnelytics account. If you have not yet done that, go do it now.

To set up Funnelytics tracking, you need to locate the tracking script for your Workspace.

  1. Select your Workspace
  2. Click Settings
  3. Agree to Funnelytics Terms of Use
  4. Select and Copy the Tracking Script

Step 2 - Paste Funnelytics Code into Convertflow

In the Convertflow Page Builder, hit Settings, Edit, < > Edit Code

Paste the tracking script into the last step of your pages and hit Save.

Note: As soon as you click 'Save', the tracking script will start collecting data about visitors to your site.

Once this page is Launched (Note: Published & Launched are different in Convertflow) you can start sending traffic to your site & tracking it.

Installing in a Convertflow Form

Part 1: Installing the Action Tracking Code

Tracking form submissions with Convertflow requires you to set up an Action within Funnelytics. This is a much more complicated setup, and we highly recommend asking a developer to set it up if possible.

Please refer to these articles on general action set up before proceeding:
Actions Overview
Track Button Clicks with Actions

Step 1:
Add a Complete Form action onto your Funnel Map, and double click on the action icon to pull up the Settings.

Go to Tracking --> Advanced, and copy the Action script.

Step 2:

Under Fire a Script, add in the Funnelytics Action Code and hit done.

Step 3:

Hit Save, and Launch your page.

Once this page is Launched (Note: Published & Launched are different in Convertflow) you can start sending traffic to your form & tracking it.
