I wish to delete my Funnelytics account completely

You cannot delete your account within your account, and will need to contact our support team in order to do so.

 

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all associated data, as follows:

 

  • All personal information, settings, and preferences stored on the platform are erased.
  • You will no longer be able to log in or access any features of the account.
  • You will stop receiving emails, notifications, or other communications from the platform.

Please note that the deletion process is permanent and cannot be undone, and once the account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and you would need to create a new account if you wish to use Funnelytics again

It’s important to carefully consider the implications of deleting your account and ensure that you have backed up any important data or content before proceeding.

Once we receive your request and receive your confirmation to ensure that you are in accordance, we will send you an email to confirm when complete.
