Managing Your Billing and Invoices in Funnelytics

In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to easily manage your billing method and invoices directly within the Funnelytics app. Whether you need to update your payment information or access your invoices, we've got you covered.

Accessing Your Billing Settings

  1. Start by locating the account owner's name at the top right of the Funnelytics app. Click on it to reveal a dropdown menu.

  2. In the dropdown menu, select "Account Details" (or click HERE)

  3. On the Account Details page, you'll find two cards. The first card allows you to update your account details, such as your name, last name, email address, or password. However, for billing-related changes, we'll focus on the "Subscription Plan" card.

Changing Your Payment Method

  1. Within the "Subscription Plan" card, you'll find information about your current plan.

  2. Look for two essential links: "Change Payment Method" and "View Invoices." Let's start with changing your payment method.

  3. Click on the "Change Payment Method" link. This will take you to the payment method management page.

  4. On this page, you can add or update your billing information. Follow the prompts to securely input your payment details.

  5. After you've made the necessary changes, your billing method will be updated.

Accessing and Managing Invoices

  1. To access your invoices, return to the "Subscription Plan" card on the Account Details page.

  2. Click on the "View Invoices" link. This will direct you to a page where you can view and download your invoices or receipts.

  3. You can easily locate and retrieve the specific invoice you need. Click on it to view or download it.
