The Funnelytics Dashboard provides a central hub for accessing all the tools and features you need. Here's how to navigate the interface and find what you need:
Step 1: Access Help Resources
Find tutorials and support resources easily:
Click on the "Funnelytics Tutorials" button on the left bar of your dashboard
This takes you to a page with helpful resources including:
Your onboarding checklist
Interactive demo
Support resources
Community access
List of all available tutorial
Step 2: Contact Support
Need direct help? Use the chat widget:
Find the chat widget icon in your dashboard
Click to open the chat interface
Send messages directly to the Funnelytics support team
Step 3: Navigate the Sidebar
The left sidebar is your main navigation area:
Workspace Selector: Choose in which workspace to operate
Core Tools: The tools available in the selected workspace
Profile Section: Access your account settings, including:
Log out option
Account settings
Plan details
Resources such as the template library
Tutorials
Affiliate center
Other account-related options
Step 4: Manage Your Workspaces
At the top of the interface, you'll find workspace management:
Click on the workspace selector to view all your workspaces
Select any workspace to access its specific tools and data
Add new workspaces as needed
Access the Workspace Overview to see compiled data from all workspaces
Step 5: Use Your Core Tools
Once you've selected a workspace, you'll see these main tools in the sidebar:
Monitor Tab: View all your KPIs once tracking is installed
Targets: Set and monitor performance targets
Canvases: Access your funnel mapping canvases
Collaborators: Manage who has access to your workspace
Integrations: Set up connections with other tools
Settings: Configure your workspace settings
