The KPI Monitor is a powerful feature in Funnelytics that gives you a comprehensive view of all your important business metrics in one place. Here's how to use it effectively:

Step 1: Access the KPI Monitor Dashboard

Navigate to the Monitor tab in your Funnelytics workspace to access the KPI Monitor dashboard.

Step 2: Review Your Core KPIs

The KPI Monitor automatically displays several essential metrics:

  • Number of people tracked

  • Forms completed

  • Purchases made

  • Total revenue

These metrics give you a quick overview of your business performance at a glance.

Step 3: Adjust Date Ranges and Apply Filters

Customize your view to see the data that matters most:

  1. Use the date range selector to choose your desired time period

  2. See your KPIs recalculate instantly based on your selections

Understand how your current performance compares to previous periods:

  1. Apply a comparison to your selected date range

  2. See immediate indicators showing whether metrics are up or down

  3. View side-by-side trend comparisons to identify patterns
