Monitoring Sources, Pages, and Ads Contributing to Your KPIs in Funnelytics

Quickly Identify Which Elements Are Driving Your Success Metrics

After setting up your custom KPIs (covered in How to set Custom KPIs in Funnelytics), Funnelytics makes it easy to see exactly which traffic sources, pages, and ads are contributing to those key metrics. Here's how to analyze your performance data:

Step 1: Access Your Custom KPIs

Navigate to the Monitor tab where you can see all your KPIs, including both default metrics and any custom KPIs you've created.

Step 2: Analyze Page Performance

See which pages on your site drive your key metrics:

  1. Switch to the Pages tab

  2. View your top performing 200 pages and how they contribute to each KPI

  3. Sort by performance metrics to identify your top-performing pages

Step 3: Analyze Traffic Sources

View how different traffic sources contribute to your KPIs:

  1. Switch to the Sources tab

  2. Choose whether to analyze the data based on Referrer (the URL that sent you traffic - i.e. google.com/facebook.com etc) or UTMs

  3. See the breakdown of how many visitors from each source completed your KPIs

  4. Check the conversion rates for each source

Step 4: Analyze Facebook Ad Performance

If you've connected Facebook to Funnelytics, you can analyze ad performance:

  1. Go to the Ads tab

  2. Switch between the Campaign, AdSet o Ad vies

  3. See all your ads pulled directly from Facebook

  4. In Ad view Click on any ad to preview it in mobile or desktop mode

  5. View impressions, spend, clicks, and KPI contributions for each ad, adset or campaign depending on your selection

The Monitor tab gives you complete visibility into how all elements of your marketing funnel contribute to your success metrics. This data-driven approach helps you optimize your marketing efforts by focusing on what truly works for your business.
