URLs cannot contain unsafe characters, such as < > # % { } | ^ ~ [ ] ( )
URLs must be published webpages, otherwise they will show as a 404 page.
Custom Icons on the Canvas
If there's icons that you want in your canvas but aren't part of our standard icon list, do not worry - you can easily add custom icons and personalize your canvas to your liking.
Here's how:
NOTE - For optimal icon size, please upload icons that are 400px wide
Upload Custom Images to the Canvas
Upload custom images to your Funnelytics canvas. Simply select the image icon from the top navigation bar, drag the canvas element over to where you want it to appear and select your image. Or you can use Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V to copy and paste an image onto the canvas (Cmd + C / Cmd + V for mac users). Once your image has been added, you can resize it and move it around the canvas.
Here's how:
Resize, align and style icons
Quickly search for icons via the search bar.
Change the aesthetic of lines by clicking the 'Line Type' and selecting either 'Straight Line' or 'Bezier Line'. There is no distinction in Funnelytics mapping between 'Connection Type'.
To unlock the function of 'Direct' and 'Skip Steps' Lines the account must be a Funnelytics Performance with access to analytics.
Arrange Icons in a Line
Additionally, you can arrange icon feature which allows you to arrange your icons in either a vertical or horizontal line so you can quickly organize your canvas with just a click.
