Canvas Tags

Use canvas tags to organize all of your canvases and never lose another strategy again. Use tags to organize by team members, clients, functions, and more.

Looking for a way to organize your canvases in your workspace? Use canvas tags to organize by client, team, use case, or anything else you want and make it that much easier to find the right canvases.



Add a tag to a New canvas

1. Click on New canvas

2. Type a name for the Canvas

3. Start typing in the Tags input field

4. Select a tag from the list or Type a name and click on it to create a new tag

5. Click Create

Add a tag to an existing canvas

1. Click on the Pencil Icon of the canvas you want to edit

2. Start typing in the Tags input field

3. Select a tag from the list or Type a name and click on it to create a new tag

4. Click Create

Filter the canvases based on the tags

1. Click on the tag dropdown

2. Click on the tag you want to use to filter your canvases

3. Click on another tag to add it to the filters

4. Click on the ✕ icon next to the selected tag to remove it from the filter

Remove a tag from a canvas

1. Click on the Pencil Icon of the canvas you want to remove the tag to

2. Click on "X" next to the tag you want to remove

3. Click Save

To delete a tag from the list of tags, you must manually remove the tags from each individual canvas as per the above
